McGee Toyota of Epping is currently looking for a full time Parts Counter Person. We are looking for someone who will help our organization continue to prosper and grow. This position provides all around outstanding customer service to both service technicians and customers at the parts and service counter, while maintaining inventory and ordering of parts.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide a positive and informational parts and service experience to our customers.
Build a professional relationship with customers based on honesty, integrity, and industry leading product knowledge. Your goal is to be their main contact when it comes to their parts and service needs.
Work with our Service Technicians to get them the parts needed to successfully keep the service process moving with each unit.
Build and maintain a professional and long-lasting relationship with vendors and manufacturers that we order our parts through.
Willingness to continually expand product knowledge through in house and factory training programs
Perform duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dealership or auto parts retail store strongly preferred, but not required
Parts/inventory experience is strongly preferred, but not required
Strong customer service skills both in person and via phone
Ability to communicate with all levels of the company, from customers to management
Ability to work efficiently on a computer and with the internet
Must be self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Respectful of co-workers
Positive attitude and honest
