Qualifications Needed for PCA:

• Personal Care Assistants(PCAs): certification NOT required.
• Must be over the age of 18
• Provides residents with personal care and assistance with other activities of daily living as needed.
• Assist with residents' meals.
• Maintains correct and confidential documentation on residents as assigned by supervisor.
• Exhibits compassion for residents and families.
