ITR Economics is seeking a team-oriented Presentation Associate to assist with creating presentations for our clients. Don’t live in New Hampshire? That’s ok! We have the option to work remotely or work in our office in Manchester, NH. Please note, we are currently not hiring out of the following states: NY, MT and CA.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, executive level staff, and presenters
  • Create and update Excel charts and PowerPoint presentations in an extensive electronic library
  • Enhance visual formatting of PowerPoint documents
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations to be worked on, including adding logos, title slides, and transition slides
  • Update the workflow tools (currently asana, audit report, and presentation schedule)
  • Effectively respond to client questions and concerns
  • Create and document master reference lists
  • Produce handouts for presentations (hardcopy and PDF)
  • Manage polling for presentations
  • Write procedures
  • Other tasks as needed

Desired Skills & Qualifications:


  • Associates Degree (required)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized, with proven troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with all departments
