You should also be able to work well independently but also be flexible enough to be directed as needed. This role is centered around proving provisional support to our VP of Marketing. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to managing complex schedules, performing planning, logistics, and operational work.

How you'll make an impact:

• Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel arrangements.

• Liaise with teams, oversee operations within the company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of the company.

• Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.

• Welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person or by phone and answering or directing inquiries.

• Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software.

• Resolve issues and troubleshooting a variety of Situations.

• Provide support as needed and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What you'll need to flourish:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction in administration or in a similar discipline.

• Exceptional English writing and communication skills in a personable yet professional tone that fosters inclusion and meaningful relationships. Additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks.

• Ability to think strategically, understand the company's goals, and translate into collaborative strategies, priorities, and tactics.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to proactively handle conflicts and deal with the range of personalities, maintaining a compassionate, helpful attitude.

• Strong ability to work fast on multiple projects with tight deadlines and sometimes competing priorities; ability to re-prioritize based on current business needs.

• Ability to work in a globally distributed team and independently.

Compensation: $11,320 Monthly - Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included for full-time employees.
