Omni electrical Inc is a multi generational family business that has been in business for 39 years, we specialize in residential electrical service work, generator and HVAC installations.

We are currently looking to hire an office manager/administrator to assist with the daily functions of our business, this job will require you to work from our office to start but will also have the opportunity to work remotely from your own home once we have everything set up.

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Scheduling service calls/ job appointments with customers
  • Scheduling inspections and Utility companies
  • Answering the Business line and speaking with customers
  • Sending invoices and Billing inquiries
  • Basic HR
  • ability to work remotely

Applicant requirements

  • previous experience working for a trades company in a similar role
  • basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft word, excel, and Google docs,
  • Ability to answer the phone represent our company and provide excellent customer service for our customers.
  • great organizational skills
  • ability to work without direct supervision
  • experience with quickbooks and/or ADP

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
