Part-Time Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant

JH Spain is a Concord based General Contractor seeking a part-time Data Entry / Administrative Assistant to work 20 hours per week.

Primary Duties would include:

· Processing invoices for payment.

· Tracking & recording credit card charges by employee and job.

· Setting up new vendors and subcontractor accounts.

· Handling vendor relations and responding to any vendors inquiries.

· Assist in preparing invoices & recording payments.

· Ordering of office supplies

· General administrative support

· Performing any other tasks that may be required.

Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Requires hands-on experience with accounting software programs and an intermediate experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
