Waterline Industries, a multi award-winning, employee-owned general contractor located in Seabrook, NH specializing in the construction and rehabilitation of water and wastewater treatment facilities in the New England area, is currently accepting resumes for a Department Support Specialist position for our busy corporate office. Highlights of the position are as follows:

Our ideal candidates will possess:

• Excellent comprehension of engineered contract drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of procedures related to project administration with regards to electrical and building trades
• Origination and preparation of product data and submittal packages
• Originating and/or transposing requests for information and similar documents
• Preparing project change orders, request for quotation, and similar customary documents
• Ability to read blueprints with emphasis on electrical and building trades.
• Knowledge or previous experience with estimating software and doing plan takeoffs a plus
• Assists the Project Management team including Electrical and Mechanical, where needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned

A background in engineering and/or mechanical/electrical background is a plus. Knowledge of wastewater and water treatment facilities construction is also helpful.

Candidates considered for the position should have excellent computer skills, and ideally (but not required) knowledge of the construction industry. Attention to detail and multi-tasking is essential. Good communication is vital as well as follow-through and accountability.
