1. Servers are the front line engagers of our guests, you will be responsible for “hosting” the experience.

2. You will be expected to possess product knowledge of every ingredient on the Food menu.

3. You will be expected to possess product knowledge and have an ability to explain to guests the differences and advantages to the craft beer selection, liquors, and wine.

4. Approach all tables within 30 seconds with enthusiasm and explain the concept of food, commitment to allergies, and service at Evviva Trattoria.

5. You are expected to familiarize your guests with our concept and focus on our fresh ingredients, local sourcing, and scratch kitchen.

6. Immediately offer to take beverage order and enter into hand held at the tableside.

7. Ask if there are any questions on the menu or if the guests would like some time to go over it. If applicable put in orders immediately.

8. Maintain constant eye contact and presence in your section and look for opportunities to help fellow team members.

9. Run food and drinks, maintain and reset tables, restock side stations

10. At the end of the meal present check explaining that it is only there for their convenience and you are not rushing them. ALWAYS ASK IF THEY ARE APART OF OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM!

11. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of their cash handling and transactions. Servers are responsible for any discrepancies there may be.

12. Our servers should embrace our culture of teamwork, respect, knowledge, and service. A big part of your job is to work with team members and communicate your needs to Bussers and Management

13. Coming prepared to work is a must. Bringing pens, wine key, and a bank will be necessary.

15. As a Server, you will be responsible to tip out the bussers and bartenders.

16. You will be expected complete opening and closing duties and work together with your team mates to make sure all work is complete.

17. You will be asked to perform tasks delegated by managers as needed

18. Each Server will demonstrate knowledge of the liquor laws and their responsibilities in the service of alcoholic beverages.

19. All servers will be required to have knowledge of allergens throughout the menu.
