Job Description
This position will be responsible for GPA support to the Hudson NH (PTP01, PTP02 and HNH36) Sites as it pertains to the proper control of Government and Customer Property. This will include ensuring Policies, Procedures and Processes are followed.

This position is also responsible for all applicable number of Contractor Outcomes of the Government Property Control System, including the maintenance of records and issuance of required reports concerning government and customer-owned property from its receipt at the company to its final disposition after contract completion or termination. Position includes support of self-audit and support of the Government’s annual survey of the Government Property Control System.

Maintain auditable records of government-owned property located at the facility and associated vendor/subcontractor facilities. Ensure that the records include authority to have the property and an audit trail of receipt, inspection, cost, classification, periodic inventory, maintenance, and final disposition.

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to government property. Maintain auditable backup data and files for: Loss, theft, damage, or destruction of property (LTDD); Report applicable property in the Item Unique Identification (IUID) Registry; Reports of discrepancy on incoming shipments (RODS); Annual report of property for tax purposes; and Reports of inventory and excess property schedules for property no longer required.

Interface with Field Sites as well as customers and sub-contractors to meet equipment needs. Coordinate moves with Quality and DCMA. Process documentation required for all transactions.

Ensure that assets are received properly, and are identified and added to the appropriate system including RFID.

Reviews vendor/subcontractor’s control of government property in coordination with the Purchasing and Subcontracts Departments. This may be accomplished through site visits.

Performs self-assessment audits of compliance to published procedures and FAR/DFARS requirements. Coordinates all aspects of the analysis by interfacing with appropriate department personnel and the DCMA’s Property Administrator, if necessary, secure any corrective actions necessary.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Education and Experience
  • College degree (4+ Years with HS, 2+ Years with AA, 0+ Years with BS) or equivalent and Administrative/Database/Audit experience. Analytical and computer skills required.

Required skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communications.
Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of the Oracle eAM Government Property System a plus.
  • Knowledge of iPortal, Excel, Power Point, ESI, E-tools, PCARSS, LTDD, and IUID Registry systems, NPMA or other GP training/experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $52140 - $88660

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
