Required Skills

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively

Ability to manage scheduling, staffing needs, and operational tasks efficiently

Competency in interpreting and applying company policies and procedures

Basic financial acumen related to budgeting, payroll, and cost control

Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment safely

Physical ability to perform store duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds and standing for extended periods

Must be at least 18 years old and meet any state/local requirements for alcohol handling

Nice To Have Skills

Prior retail management experience or progressive responsibility in a retail environment

Experience with inventory management and merchandising

Familiarity with conducting performance evaluations and employee development

Ability to travel between multiple store locations as part of training

Preferred Education And Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Progressive Retail Experience

A combination of education and relevant experience that demonstrates leadership readiness

Other Requirements

Flexibility to travel within divisional areas to train at multiple locations

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with company security standards

Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in alignment with the job’s physical requirements
