Overview
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations and activities by assisting the Regional Warehouse Manager with maintenance of the warehouse, materials, inventory systems, and equipment. Maintain the organization and tracking of all materials within the yard and warehouse, as well as keeping stock of all essential material for projects.
***Warehouse is located in Epsom, NH.***
What you’ll do…

Organize the warehouse/yard to professional standards – customer and company owned materials.

Maintain the security of the warehouse/yard and its materials.
-
Loading, unloading, and storing materials from the trucks using forklift and pallet jack, including obtaining parts for crews and retaining proper paperwork/documentation for inventory entering and exiting the premises.

Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories as requested by Regional Warehouse Manager / Corporate Office.

Keeps records of incoming and outgoing equipment & materials; such as tracking all receipts and disbursements on warehouse forms and obtaining parts specified by pick sheets.

Reviewing current on-hand inventory, as well as upcoming work, and requesting material accordingly.

Operation of Forklifts, Pallet Jack, and other equipment.

Self Motivated and Driven to keep the warehouse SAFE and organized.

Execution of Fleet needs I.E. Monthly Safety Truck Audits.

Assisting Crews with Drop off of Material if needed.

Team Player- Assisting with Other warehouses on premises .

Multitask to be able to complete Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Goals.

Various duties as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
Who we are looking for…

Prior experience working in a warehouse facility

Familiarity with PC and various software applications (i.e., Microsoft Office)

Experience with Inventory Management duties

Have basic math skills required for conducting cycle counts and physical inventories.

Be able to write in a legible, and professional, manner when communicating information.
-
Must be able to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
-
Can safely lift up to 75 lbs.
-
Be able to work independently and perform duties with minimal supervision.
-
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
-
Must have a valid driver’s license
-
Must be authorized to work in the United States
-
Must be able to pass drug, background, MVR, and DOT screenings
