Job Description

As our Sr. Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and owning data in our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with our Business Operations teams to ensure accurate data and data lifecycles. You will collaborate with our IT team to optimize data integration and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data documentation, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.
  • Develop and implement data management policies and processes managing the data lifecycle, starting with data entry, to data hygiene and data quality control.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and ease of reporting
  • Work with other members of Business Systems, BI, and Operations teams to optimize data integrations and reporting
  • Support BI and other analysts in analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure that data in Salesforce is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience developing data dictionaries, working with data schemas, and manipulating large datasets with SQL and/or other tools.
  • Must be analytical and able to understand complex datasets. Work with stakeholders such as sales, services, customer success, customer account management etc, to understand their needs. Ability to deal with changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • This role will interact daily with senior executives, as well as peers in operations groups and IT. Ability to translate technical concepts into plain business language and vice versa is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as polished appearance required.
