We are currently hiring a dedicated, hardworking, honest individual to join our team as a landscape install crew leader for the upcoming season. This is a year-round position with snow/ice management in the Winter, as well as shop time.

The tasks this position would consist of:

• Lawn installs
• Plant installs
• Mulch bed installs
• Occasional small hardscape installs
• Gravel driveways
• Steps
• Brush removal
• Drainage/Grading
• Cleanups

This position is open immediately.

You must be a team player, and posses a good attitude. We want individuals that want to be here. You must be reliable, we are not interested in those that: often call out, show up late, or ask to leave early frequently.

What you should provide:

• Valid Drivers License
• 2+ years driving with a truck/trailer combo
• 3+ years operating equipment. (Skid steer, Excavator, Tractor)
• 2+ years of commercial snow plowing/ice management
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Problem solving skills
