Universal Windows Direct of Manchester seeks a highly organized and energetic Inside Sales/Marketer to drive business at our well-established Manchester, NH location. This individual will report to the Marketing Manager and be heavily relied upon to help grow sales and opportunities and play a significant role in our next growth step.

The candidate’s responsibilities will include the following:

• First and foremost, PROMPTLY follow up with all leads, prospects, and customers
• Fielding all inbound calls
• Placing outbound calls, texts, and emails
• Setting and confirming appointments
• Post appointment follow up
• Data entry and management
• Misc. administrative tasks when needed
• Social media, email marketing, and graphic design
• Project photography and videography
• Provide analytic data and reports for management
• On occasion, work events, i.e., home shows, Fisher Cats events, etc.
• The schedule is Tuesday - Friday, 9 am - 530 pm (in office), Saturday, 9 am - 530 pm (remote)
