Premier Pump & Supply, Inc. is a wholesale purveyor of water well, water treatment and geothermal products with a Municipal Division supplying water treatment plant pumps and water treatment plant filters to cities and towns throughout New England and New York. We are based out of Northfield, New Hampshire but have locations in Maine, Massachusetts, and New York. We are looking for an Inside Support Representative to assist our Municipal sales team and customers with ongoing projects.

This Inside Support Representative will work out of our Northfield, NH location. Primary responsibilities will include gathering information to quote jobs and fielding calls from our sales team, customers, and engineers to track orders, expedite supplies, provide lead times, and troubleshoot as far as your knowledge will allow. Additionally, this representative will be expected to help stage orders, ensure compliance with job specifications, and keep a calendar and timeline on when these products can ship to jobsites. Some heavy lifting can be expected.

Though experience in this field is not a requirement, a mechanical background would be helpful. This candidate must be organized and have a sense of urgency to handle customer inquiries in a timely manner. Opportunities abound for those looking to grow within our organization.
