The Entry Level Account Manager is a part of a thriving team environment centered on providing top notch customer engagement, driving company sales goals, professional development, and consistently exceeding expectations on every level. They will focus on identifying and developing relationships and projects with targeted potential customers and specific client groups.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers and communicating promotional services through face-to-face conversations throughout the sales process
• Interact with hundreds of people a day in a fast-paced retail setting
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
• Create and maintain brand loyalty through excellent customer engagement
• Stay up to date on products, promotions and competitor options to deliver the best results each day

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem solving, organizational, decision making, and multi-tasking skills
• Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision, comfortable with ambiguity
• A desire for growth and advancement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $1,200.00 per week
