PrimeMLS, a multiple listing service (MLS) for the real estate industry, has a full-time opening for a Member Service Representative residing in New Hampshire. The hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The work may be performed in our Concord (NH) office, remotely, or via a hybrid work model combination of both. NH residency is required. Basic duties include providing MLS system support and general assistance to PrimeMLS members via phone, chat, and email. Prior experience with MLS software systems and/or the real estate industry, in general, is highly desired, but individuals who possess great member service and teamwork skills along with an ability to learn and adapt to new software programs quickly are also encouraged to apply.

Success factors in this role include excellent phone, member service, and organizational abilities combined with a high level of attention to detail. In providing these member services you will utilize various computer tools such as MLS software, membership databases, ticket-based member relations software, and MS Office applications, including Outlook email. The ability to multi-task, handle competing priorities to completion, and work well both individually and in a flexible team environment are traits needed for success. Expect the work to be challenging and collaborative.

Hourly pay will start at $20 per hour and rise to $21 after a 6-month probationary period.
