GENERAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES

Collaborate with Design Consultants and other team members on the style and installation of window treatments best for clients’ homes. Work on projects from beginning to end with outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum four (4) years, in Sales and manufacture combined, practical interior design experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good eye for design as well as some experience working with manufacturing and measuring of window treatment.
• Knowledge of fabrics, hardware, and all Hunter Douglas products.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all team members.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quote jobs for designers to present to their clients.
• Take final measurements at client’s home of treatment to be made.
• Coordinate with workroom to have window treatments made once all items are available.
• Order all fabrics, hardware, trimmings, and any Hunter Douglas products sold.
• Send request to workroom for treatment to be made.
• Schedule installation and consult with installer.
