Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonuses for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 1-3 years of experience, and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 3 years of experience!

  • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
  • Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Memorial Hospital is currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in North Conway in multiple specialties. These are great opportunities for an RN looking for long term career growth with plenty of opportunities to progress in volume and skill.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • License/Certifications: Active State of NH or Compact Registered Nursing license. Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required. Other certifications specific to department policies may be required.
  • Experience: Prior experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of nursing processes; structure and functions.
  • Knowledge of chart/medical record documentation and terminology requirements and federal/state laws related to release of health care information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with patients, physicians, supervisors and other staff.
  • Skill in time management, problem solving, multitasking, prioritizing and medical care coordination.
  • Ability to respond the changing workload based on patient census and to direct, supervise and evaluate care in order to individualize nursing care provided to patients.
  • Ability to maintain professional manner even under stressful situations.
  • Proficient computer skills.
