Flamingos Coffee Bar is expanding to Exeter! We are all about speciality coffee, delicious food, cool vibes, sustainability + supporting local, and providing a fun coffee experience for customers. We are in search of weekday/weekend baristas to join our brand new team!

We are seeking either experienced or inexperienced baristas who are looking for full or part time positions. Service industry work experience is highly encouraged for this position. We are offering competitive hourly pay in addition to great tips, most baristas make over $19/hr regularly.

We are open 7 days a week from 7-3, shifts include opening mornings and closing afternoons (nights off!) Your duties will consist of crafting speciality coffees with the espresso machine, running the POS system, making breakfast & lunch sandwiches, opening and closing tasks, and stellar customer service with a smile. Our shop brings a high volume of traffic in not just the summer but year-round, so expect to be busy while you're here and make some awesome tips (especially on the weekends)! This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for an energetic team member. Both weekend and weekday availability are a must. Must be 18 or older to apply.
