Job Description

Enumerate is looking for a Client Launch Specialist to join our team!

We serve property management companies and homeowner associations who use our platform to better inform, engage, and empower residents. In this role, you’ll be the project guide and subject matter expert for our clients as you set up their resident-facing websites.

You’ll be joining a tightly-knit team to support our clients, and you’ll get trained and will be able to start contributing promptly. This role is remote-eligible with preference for those able to work CST/EST hours.

You should have
  • Required: 1 year of demonstrated prior work experience in website administration and/or enterprise software set-up.
  • Required: 1 year work experience communicating with customers, preferably providing technical support.
  • Preferred: Capable in graphic design software including Photoshop, PicMonkey, and/or other visual design tools.
  • Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and complete work within allocated time frames.
  • Consistent and thorough at completing detailed requirements.
  • Able to learn and demonstrate technical literacy to address concerns and reduce the feeling of client overwhelm.
  • Able to manage expectations and demonstrate diplomacy.
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
