HRC Total Solutions, LLC. is a third-party administrator of pre-tax benefit accounts and COBRA. As a recognized leader in our services, we continue to build and expand our talented team of professionals! We are seeking a detailed Claims Administrator to join our fast-paced, family-oriented team. In this position you'll work with the Claims team to process participant claims. You'll often handle numerous client accounts, so attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be keys to success in this position!

Responsibilities

  • Imports and exports carrier file feeds
  • Processes and researches cases and inquiries in the claim's queues
  • Collaborates with other departments and POC’s via e-mail and phone to research claim's questions
  • Processes claim adjustments
  • Communicates with participants and other departments to conduct claim research and ensure that all information and documentation is received for processing in a timely manner
  • Ensures payment for valid claims are made to their policyholders/participants
  • Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.


Skills and Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Service-oriented and ability to research and resolve claim cases
  • Ability to import/export .txt , .csv and other files
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel


This position has the following schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm and is a remote position

The rate of pay for this position is $15/hour
