HRC Total Solutions is a third-party administrator of pre-tax benefit accounts and COBRA. As a recognized leader in our services, we continue to build and expand our talented team of professionals! We are seeking a motivated Account Administrator to join our fast pace, family-oriented team! In this position you'll work with your Account Manager to manage your client's pretax and other benefit accounts. You'll build and retain client relationships through excellent communication and efficient administrative services!

This position has the following schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm and is a remote position

The rate of pay for this position is $16/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Process client documents, including plan renewals, mid-year changes and terminations
  • Assist in answering inquiries and educating Clients via phone and e-mail
  • Assists in retaining and expanding existing client relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Process and research cases and inquiries in Client Relations Queue
  • Assist in processing and sending monthly renewal letters
  • Enter renewals into CRM systems
  • Educates Clients/participants on plans and services
  • Prepare and send reports requested by Account Manager/Clients
  • Assist with overflow of Customer Service call queue

  • Service oriented
  • Strong initiative and resourcefulness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to learn and understand the plans and IRS regulations
  • Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software
