Customer Service Rep in Manchester, NH The pay rate for this position is:
$42K- $48K a year The schedule for this position is:
M-F 8am-5pm (WFH Mondays and Fridays) The location of this position is:
Zip Code - 03109Responsibilities Include: - Service approximately 80-100 customer contacts per day inclusive of phone email and chat interactions
- Provide price and availability, order status, and general customer information upon request
- Participate in on-call rotation (approximately 4 times per year)
- Utilize strong technical knowledge to handle more advanced product-related inquiries
- Manage key accounts, challenging accounts, and challenging salespeople
- Facilitate creation of customer order reports
Qualifications:
- HSD or equivalent
- 2-5 yrs of Call Center experience
- SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
- Customer service problem solving skills
