Adecco is helping a local client source for Customer Service Rep in Manchester, NH
The pay rate for this position is: $42K- $48K a year

The schedule for this position is: M-F 8am-5pm (WFH Mondays and Fridays)

The location of this position is: Zip Code - 03109

Responsibilities Include:
  • Service approximately 80-100 customer contacts per day inclusive of phone email and chat interactions
  • Provide price and availability, order status, and general customer information upon request
  • Participate in on-call rotation (approximately 4 times per year)
  • Utilize strong technical knowledge to handle more advanced product-related inquiries
  • Manage key accounts, challenging accounts, and challenging salespeople
  • Facilitate creation of customer order reports
    • Qualifications:
  • HSD or equivalent
  • 2-5 yrs of Call Center experience
  • SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Customer service problem solving skills
