Exec Chef is responsible for menu development and execution, purchasing and procurement of food stuffs, kitchen leadership and cooks/utility training, food handling and sanitation and "typical" Chef related admin functions- inventories, staff scheduling, payroll input, and employee evaluations, etc. Culinary school graduate is preferred but 5+ years experience in high volume or fine dining restaurant, will suffice. Executive Chef will work hand in hand with current kitchen management team and FOH Team. At present, restaurant is in operation 1X weekly for Brunch, 4X weekly for Lunch and 6X weekly for Dinner. Restaurant closed Mondays. Restaurant often participates in "off premise" civic and charitable events throughout the year. Entering our 8th year in business at this location. Weekly sales are back to pre-pandemic levels.
