Benefits Call Center Representative
Starting Pay Rate is - $15.00/Hr in Training $16.00/Hr. in Production
Position will be 100% Remote
Training Schedules: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Production Schedules will fall anytime between 8am-6pm, Monday - Friday
Weekends off!
Some overtime may be required.

About the Benefits call center Representative role:
As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.
Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

Requirements
We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)-
Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

Previous customer service and/or call center experience

Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding

Great problem-solving skills
-
Ability to effectively multi-task
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred

Willing to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday

Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
-
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check will include employment and education verification

Must be 18 years of age or older
