Experienced Industrial Spray Painter position open immediately.

Inofab, LLC is an aluminum, steel and stainless steel metal fabrication company focusing on medium to large fabrications.

Summary:
Spray a variety of parts to close tolerances and specifications using different types of paint. Performs job in manner minimizing hazards to self, others, and the environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop preparation, priming, painting and post paint processes to maximize productivity, while maintaining all required safety checks, paint process specifications and quality assurance.
• Lead a team of two to three others while creating a positive influence and example of hard and efficient work processes.
• Prep all paint surfaces with the aid of various mechanical tools and equipment as needed.
• Prepare paint booth as required based on desired paint process and session length.
• Set up fabricated parts as required in paint booth.
• Solvent prep al parts according to required specifications.
• Obtain paint specified for the job from the paint inventory.
• Mix with appropriate thinner as required for spraying viscosity.
• Mix two-part epoxy primer and reducer.
• Mix two-part urethane paint, reducer and accelerator.
• Spray paint parts to specifications.
• Inspects parts for compliance with customers’ specifications.
• Responsibly clean and prepare spray equipment for next shift.
• Responsible for maintenance of spray booth and equipment.

Position Requirements:

• High aptitude to maintain an efficient department in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Two years industrial spray painting or equivalent.
• Good eye/hand coordination, finger dexterity, and color sensitivity.
• Ability to follow instructions. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others.
• High level of dependability in all aspects of the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
