Receptionist

TLC Family Resource Center is seeking a front desk person who is comfortable talking with all different kinds of people and prides themselves on providing excellent customer service. We have a busy front office with people coming in to meet with staff, visitors wanting to learn about our programs, and community members and donors interested in seeing our space.

This job might be a good fit for you if you are:

*friendly and outgoing but able to maintain professional communication and boundaries

*enjoy interacting with people, listening to their needs, and connecting them to the right person or resource

*able to commit to being at the front desk from 9:00-4:00 daily with a 30-minute lunch break

*comfortable interacting with people who may be stressed or frustrated and need someone to help them de-escalate

*excited to partner with a team that believes deeply in the value of our work and its impact on the community

*interested in learning about supporting children and families, people in recovery, youth, and the LGBTQIA+ community

The hiring range for this position is $22.00-23.00 per hour depending on experience.
