Job Description

Archimedia Solutions Group, a facility and print management company, is looking for a motivated, customer focused individual to provide print support services at our Nashua, NH location. As a Customer Service/Print Room Specialist, your primary focus will be building client relationships by providing reprographic and document imaging (print, copy, scan) services. In this role you will engage with our clients both in person and over the phone, process incoming orders, and manage customer inquiries. This person will also be responsible for administrative duties such as processing customer billing and maintaining inventory. We are a dynamic Company looking for the right individual willing to jump right in and contribute to our efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the print room and various reprographic/print services.
  • Operate large format black/white plotters for production and binding of plans.
  • Operate small format copying/printing machines and related bindery equipment.
  • Production of color inkjet plotting.
  • Maintain productive workflow focused on meeting project deadlines.
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to email messages.
  • Receive walk-in customers and answer inquiries.
  • Process incoming service and supply orders.
  • Packaging and shipping of outgoing orders.
  • Maintain accurate billing.

Requirements:

  • Previous copy center experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Outgoing, resourceful, customer focused individual.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Quick Books a plus
  • Functional knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, PDF creation and annotations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
