Currently, GiftCash is in a deep search for a brilliant communicator, fantastic people cheerLEADER, profound efficiency master, and a true logistics expert, who genuinely enjoys hands-on work. In short, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Outbound Manager to join our team at our site in Londonderry (New Hampshire, USA).

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:

• Manages the outbound operations of the warehouse
• Meets or exceeds weekly and monthly shipping quotas defined by internal metrics
• Ensures that all orders are picked up and shipped on time
• Develops and maintains dashboards to track KPIs
• Initiates and executes plans to improve metrics and efficiency
• High-level SKU management using our integrated software platforms
• Hires, trains, coaches, motivates, and manages the performance of warehouse associates.
• Develops internal SOPs to maintain greater levels of consistency
• Supports all departments by aligning individual contributions with those of the team and group. Shares needed information with others in a timely and efficient manner.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

• Experience in a warehouse management role (preferably in e-commerce)
• Experience managing a team of warehouse associates
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to influence and motivate others.
• Superior organizational ability. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Disciplined in timely reporting and follow-up with team members and managers.
• Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with an ability to support other departments and locations as needed.
• Champions GiftCash core values, boosts employee morale, and uses positive change management strategies when communicating a new process or policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
