Job Summary: The role of the Quality Inspector Level 3 is to use advanced inspection techniques and equipment to perform quality inspections on Sheet Metal AND Machine Shop Products. This position successfully executes inspection strategies with minimal assistance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform the highest level of In-Process and Final inspections
• Perform inspections on product received from Outside Processes
• Inspect parts to print and models using various inspection techniques and equipment
• Apply concepts to inspect products efficiently
• Perform FAI reports and Customer Cert Requirements
• Use Mie Trak and print NCR Work Orders
• Use SolidWorks modeling software
• Follow applicable Procedures and Work Instructions and offer ideas for improvement
• Provide training and/or solutions to less experienced Quality Inspectors
• Provide assistance to the Production team and assure they are adhering to the ISO 9001 processes and company policies
• Support all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Other duties as assigned
