We Are Looking for Our Next Technically Minded Administrative Assistant

Are you a highly organized and technically inclined individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support in in a meticulous manner? We are looking for a flexible part-time assistant to support our leadership team approximately 10-20 hours a week. While this position is primarily remote, some in-person participation is required. You should be within driving distance to Portsmouth, NH. If that sounds good, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with technology tools and software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

What Will I Actually Be Doing?

You will provide comprehensive support and assistance to the Leadership Team by efficiently managing administrative tasks, promoting productivity, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


  • Working with our leadership team to assist in effective coordination of time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Effectively managing communication including handling emails, schedule coordination, reports, and other documents.
  • Organizing, prepping, and coordinating meeting logistics.
  • Managing and organizing documents, files, and databases.
  • Managing internal systems including onboarding/off-boarding of systems and conducting systems backups.
  • Undertaking special assignments or initiatives as assigned by the leadership team.
  • Managing logistics for in-person events including planning details, set up, meeting with local vendor, etc.
