Role Description
Hudson Monuments is seeking an on-site Sales & Office Associate to support our monument and memorial shop. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and able to comfortably multi-task in a customer-focused environment.
Schedule
We are seeking candidates available for ~24 hours per week, scheduled between Tuesday and Friday, with some Saturday availability preferred. Some flexibility in work hours is available
Responsibilities • Answer phones and assist walk-in customers • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including scheduling, paperwork, and follow-ups • Support office and clerical functions with strong attention to detail • Maintain organized customer files and records • Gradually take on increased customer-facing and sales responsibilities over time
Qualifications • Office support, sales and/or customer-facing experience preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability • Professional, empathetic communication style • Comfortable learning consultative sales in a sensitive setting • High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation: • $20-26 per hour, commensurate with experience
