Job Description
NH Coffee is a coffee roasting company located in Dover, NH dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest, best tasting coffee around. We are seeking a friendly and reliable Office Admin. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and provides excellent customer service. Primary responsibilities include answering phones and emails, taking and inputting orders, and helping customers in the retail outlet.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) • Record and input orders, send invoices, statements and follow up with customers as needed • Support bookkeeping procedures • Create and update customer records and databases • Track stocks of supplies and place orders when necessary • Assist with special projects, promotional efforts, community engagements as assigned • Be flexible and help coworkers with additional tasks as needed • Make positive contributions to overall goals of the business
Qualifications: • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Excellent organizational skills • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles • Knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks • Ability to work in a team environment and have fun!!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
