We are hiring a Sales Manager to engage and connect with customers through phone, text, email and social media, and introduce them to our services by answering their questions and hesitations while helping them discovery a ride that fits like non-other.

  • You’ll be in charge of introducing Acme Bikes, USA to lead customers and connecting with our existing following, tracking your outreach, and helping people select a motorcycle which serves them best.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Inventory and Client Manager

The Acme Bikes, USA Inventory and Client Manager is our sales and networking superstar responsible for all personal, high-touch communication with applicants, leads, and engaged customers through relationship selling.

  • You’re fired up about our mission to connect motorcycle enthusiast to a bike that amplifies their life, adds value to their assets, and creates a growing connection in our community.
  • You will be communicating with our potential clients, community + the team. You have positive energy and understand every message is read by a human. You enjoy talking with people and helping them find the perfect unit that solves their desire. You understand that receiving a “No” is part of the job and you learn from them.
  • You are the ruler of Direct Messages - You’re not shy to send a voice or text message to close the sale through authentic connection.
  • You’re a fan of communication of all means and organization - You love numbers and exceeding your goals!

Our Expectations - Systems & tools are teachable, but we do expect you to have sales experience. We expect intelligence, energy, organization, resourcefulness, and an “I can do this!” attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct message all leads and applicants that are interested in our services
  • Outbound outreach and nurture engaged leads on our Social Media accounts
  • Check-in with and re-engage leads every 30/60/90 days
  • Keep detailed notes on warm leads
  • Report on any trends you are noticing in responses that could inform our marketing or messaging
  • Answer all questions about the services and overcome objections via direct connections
  • Use phone calls, text messaging, voice memos, email and in person messaging to communicate with engaged leads
  • Have conversations, learn about our clients, and leave them with an amazing experience so they feel seen, heard, and understood
  • Track all metrics on leads, outreach, inbound, sales, and conversion rates and report to the team weekly
  • Build out a library of reusable responses to common questions and objections
  • Filter out prospects who are not a fit and kindly let them know
  • Know our services inside and out and be able to answer any question about what’s included, what the outcomes are, what the bonuses are, the support that’s included, etc
  • Know our proven results inside and out and be able to share relevant client experiences and testimonials as they relate to each lead you are speaking to
  • Keep a log of all objections you encounter and your responses to build up our objection response library

Requirements:

  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, with a love of developing new systems and processes.
  • Be excellent at managing ongoing conversations with multiple people at once.
  • Be able to listen to, support, and encourage others
  • You are a people person, positive vibes, high energy, always sounds genuine and approachable on video, text, or voice memo
  • You appreciate feedback and have a hunger to keep learning

Compensation: Completive pay based on experience level + profit sharing incentives

We are meticulous in the way we photograph motorcycles making sure to include odometer and VIN information giving our customers every detail they need to make an informed decision.
