ABA Centers of America provides ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to people with autism. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Now our goal is to bring ABA therapy to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

Are you looking for an entry into the rewarding healthcare field? Do you have a passion for helping kids and families? As a Family Intake Specialist, you’ll ensure our client families have a good experience throughout the autism diagnosis process, ensuring paperwork is completed, collecting documentation, and supporting the clinicians with scheduling and communications.

What You'll Do

• Ensure family paperwork is completed and emailed/mailed
• Complete consents/ROIs with families
• Collect documentation/assessment and questionnaires
• Manage clinician schedules

Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or high-school diploma
• Experience in a healthcare setting with diagnostics/testing of autism and related disorders (preferred)
• On-call availability for calls/texts/emails when contacting families
• Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings

Expertise Needed

• Ability to effectively collaborate with families, clinicians, and other team members and service providers in the community
• Effective organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team skills
