The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generation of video, photography, social media, digital, and copywriting, ensuring the Bank's brand and its subsidiaries are presented consistently and effectively. The right person will have professional-level competencies in design, social media, and data & analytics. This is a full-time opportunity based in New Hampshire that provides both on-site work and remote workplace options.

Responsibilities
- Lead development of all social media content for a variety of platforms.
- Administer the bank's social media monitoring and archiving platforms.
- Create and edit video content for multi-platform use and distribution including online and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest) and website.
- Assist with the conceptualization, design, and workflow of marketing collateral (print and digital) to support business lines, bank initiatives and campaigns.
- Consistently evaluate market changes, trends, and developments and update the team to help improve the bank's marketing strategies across digital and social platforms.
- Manage and develop tracking and reporting metrics and trends with strategic analysis and recommendations, specifically, reporting social goals supporting company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Competencies/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, plus strong experience in marketing.
- Excellent visual arts, written, and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in video creation and editing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Animate.
- Proficient in creating content for various social media platforms for business.
- Creative with a keen understanding of the current social media market.
- Analytical and results-driven mindset.
- Strong project management skills; ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent customer experience abilities.
- Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and self-drive with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to function efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
Physical Demands/Conditions/Requirements
- General office environment.
- Moderate lifting (to 35 lbs.) required. Moderate reaching, walking, sitting and standing required.
- Valid driver's license and availability to independently travel to various locations within the Bank's footprint required.
