We are hiring an Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer to join our team! This is an exciting role working in a 400+ person company with big aspirations, and a wonderful culture. We are a fun, professional and engaging team looking to welcome someone who will make us better. We are offering a hybrid schedule to balance working from home and in the office. In office days will be required 2 days per week.
The Instructional Designer and Curriculum Developer is responsible for developing and delivering training for new and existing Customer Service Representatives, , Account Research staff, , and other employees across other operational unitis within FedPoint. Primary responsibilities includes performing regular needs analyses, developing new training programs, and maintaining/updating existing training plans. When necessary, the incumbent will also assist Customer Service management with developing department documentation and procedures, mentoring CS staff, and participating in improvement/quality assurance programs.
The Instructional Designer and Curriculum Developer is accountable for the quality, accuracy and transfer of learning from the classroom to the production environment for all classes taught.
