Administrative Assistant needed for full-time position in Salem, NH offering $22-26/hr. Primary Duties:
- Manage front desk reception area by answering calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, receiving deliveries & mail processing
- Clerical and administrative tasks such as creating and updating spreadsheets, presentations and reports, data-entry and records management, company memos and communications, faxing, scanning and filing.
- Calendar management and conference room scheduling and set-up
- Travel arrangements (domestic & international) and event coordination
- Expense reporting, processing invoices and purchase orders and other administrative tasks in support of Finance dept.
- Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, attend meetings and take notes or record meeting minutes
Desired Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 3+yrs experience in Administrative Assistant or Similar role
- Creative out-of-the-box thinker, problem-solver, and collaborator that wants to make a positive impact and grow within the organization.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), organization, multi-tasking and time management skills with strong attention to details
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint; ERP/MRP experience a plus
