Property Management Company in Concord, NH seeking full-time Maintenance Assistant/Laborer .
Our privately owned company has been in business for 30 years. We are a small team-oriented property management firm with communities located in Concord, Manchester and Salem, NH.
After a training/trial period, we can offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that includes Health, Dental, and Life Insurance, use of a company vehicle, as well as a discounted apartment in one of our communities.
We are looking for a person that is interested in long-term employment, doesn’t mind physical work, likes working with a team dedicated to serving the tenants in our communities, and is reliable and organized.
This position requires a valid NH driver's license and a mandatory, bi-weekly, on-call responsibility.
